I have more than 30 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, worry, stress, and trauma; as well as substance abuse and addiction. 

Therapy is a process through which you understand your situation, accept your experiences, find your purpose, and pursue a personally meaningful life.
